Weaving New Techniques for Business Growth

In today’s day and age, it’s complete lunacy for businesses to ignore the importance of eMarketing and how it can ultimately benefit their bottom line. Already it’s now 2007 and eMarketing is in full swing, yet it seems there are a lot of organisations that still don’t want to know about it. This baffles me to no extent. I am often wondering why people ignore the fact that there are millions of potential customers out there and reaching them via eMarketing techniques is far more cost effective than any other means.

I guess I should probably take the time to define eMarketing for those of us who do not entirely understand what this new form of advertising is all about. First and foremost, eMarketing is the future. It is a form of promoting your business by utilising technologies such as the World Wide Web, e-mail and mobile phones. Using eMarketing techniques to promote your business not only exposes your products and services to a huge array of potentially new clients but it does so without limiting you and your marketing campaign to any physical location. Your new clients could come from Switzerland, California or Tokyo – the possibilities are endless!

So, you’re probably thinking to yourself that this new method of marketing sounds great but how can it benefit me and does it really work. Well, to put it simply, yes it does and it can work for you. It’s already working for millions of businesses worldwide such as EzyDVD, WeightWatchers and others. There are currently over 6.5 billion users online internationally with over 34 million from the Oceania / Australia region alone. In fact, over 53.5% of the population based in Oceania / Australia are online and using the Internet daily. Those are some huge figures and they shouldn’t be ignored. Exposing yourself to even a small portion of these users would be far more worthwhile than putting a small advertisement in the local rag.

When it comes to planning your eMarketing campaign, there are a number of things to consider. Primarily you need to determine which mediums you wish to advertise on, what you want to advertise exactly, who you want to advertise to and most importantly how. You also need to remember that much like any standard promotion, people are going to want to know what you’re offering and they’re going to want to know quickly. In some cases, Internet and mobile based users have even less patience than the rest of us and it is important to take this into consideration when designing your marketing collateral.

In a nutshell, you should consider marketing your business in any or all of the following areas. Initially you may choose to only promote yourself in one or two of these mediums, however a long term goal should be set to establish yourself in all of the following categories to ensure you utilise the technology around you to its full extent.

Company Website: Having a strong online presence is crucial to the success of your eMarketing campaign and as such it should be the first item on your list of things to do. Your website should be informative, well structured, usable and accessible to all kinds of users while retaining look and feel of your organisations brand. Spend as much time as necessary on your website as it is the most important tool in any eMarketers toolkit.

Search Engine Optimisation: Ensuring your website is “search engine friendly” is undoubtedly a key element to any successful eMarketing campaign. Never overlook the importance of Search Engine Optimisation. It is a fact that 90% of users will use search engines such as Google and Yahoo to find the products and/or services they’re after. Because of this, it is critical that your business appears as close to the top of the results list as humanly possible. If you cannot find yourself on the first three pages, you’ve already lost the war.

Internet Marketing: Marketing on the Internet through websites, forums, community sites and online stores can be a painstaking task, however there are well established organisations that can give you a hand. You must remember that the Internet is a diverse world and getting your message out there and to the appropriate users is not as straight forward as you may think. Seek professional advice to ensure your advertisements hit your specific target market every time.

Email Marketing: Sending newsletters and other promotional items via electronic mail is another form of eMarketing that can simplify the way you communicate with your current client base. Emailing your clients can be an exceptionally cost effective way of relaying important information quickly and easily while also promoting your new products and services at the same time.

Mobile Marketing: Mobile technology has reached a point where marketing your business on such a medium can be just as beneficial as advertising on the radio or the Internet. Users from the age of thirteen onward use mobile phones daily and often are found browsing mobile-based websites looking at content that interests them. This is a growing medium that has not reached its full potential and eMarketers who make use of such a technology now will undoubtedly reap the benefits in years to come.

Interactive Media: Another form of eMarketing that is often forgotten is the use of Interactive Media. Have you ever been at a trade show or networking event and wondered whether you could be doing something better to inform the people around you about your business? Interactive CD-ROM’s and DVD-ROM’s can be used to convey important information about your products and services to the people who matter in the form of a business card or displayed on a large screen.

Now that you know what eMarketing is all about and how you can use it to help your business grow in new and wonderful ways, where should you go from here? Start by writing up a complete marketing campaign that focuses primarily on eMarketing techniques and technologies. Do your homework and find as many online marketing agencies and creative design organisations as possible that will be able to accurately target your marketing online. Remember, it’s not what you advertise so much as how you advertise it and that’s the bottom line.

Fitness Business | Amazing Fitness Business Relationship-Building Postcard Newsletter

If you’re really concerned about cost, you could do a full fitness business newsletter one month and a postcard newsletter the next (alternate the two). The postcard newsletter I’m going to talk about is very powerful, but not nearly so much as the full newsletter. However, like I always say, you should TEST!
All the elements of a standard newsletter apply to this postcard as well. The only difference is that this is, well… a postcard. It’s simpler and easier to produce, yet generates incredibly powerful response.
Important Features and Strategies:
The newsletter is designed to include various topics of interest to a broad base of readers. It’s very different from those “canned” 4-color, slick newsletters you might have seen. And there’s a very good reason why.
See, only a very small fraction of people reading your fitness business newsletter are interested ONLY in health and fitness – you want to appeal to them on many levels. And if you sent them one of those “all about me” newsletters, hardly anyone would read it because it would be of no interest to most people. That’s one reason why those “slick” newsletters you buy from services simply don’t work.
This newsletter has interesting, compelling, fun, and newsworthy articles and sections – things that get people involved – which has a much greater readership. Plus, it’ll only take a few moments for people to read through your postcard newsletter — how could they miss it?
You must provide great topics that people want to read, including consumer tips, health tips, inspirational messages, quotes, interesting facts, resources, trivia challenges, and other interesting news and information. Each issue should have a different combination of content materials, all designed to maximize readership.
However, there are also a number of important response and “teaser” strategies designed specifically to motivate people to interact with you. They include quizzes, special offers, referral stimulators, email capture and more. The more your clients and prospects interact with you, the greater the likelihood of getting new clients, referrals, and repeat personal training business. Be careful not to change any of these strategies, because your newsletter may not work as well if you do.
Include An OFFER!
Be sure to include a special offer each month you send this out. There is a space for you to include a special deal like buy 3 personal training sessions get 1 free, 25% off something, etc. This will make your postcard newsletter a revenue maker – not just some “warm and fuzzy” follow up.
How to Send It
I suggest using yellow card stock. Your fitness business customers or clients will start looking forward to that brightly colored, oversized (6″ x 10″) newsletter postcard they’ll find in their mailbox from you each and every month.
Postcards are really easy to get out the door. Just slap a mailing label on them and postage. That’s it, and you’re ready to go!

How to Compete With Full-timers in Your Network Marketing Business

All human beings only have 24 hrs. each day to make something happen. The truth is that the MAJORITY of network marketers are Part-time.

I’m going to be brutally honest with you.

When I first started in network marketing I used to think it would be WONDERFUL to devote all my available working time to building my business. However, I was distracted by a full time job. I had to make myself get up everyday and go to a JOB. My job wasn’t my PASSION, it wasn’t what I LOVED doing and this made it hard to get up every morning. Some of you reading this may be feeling the same way.

I try not to be selfish or conceited or egotistical or any of the other things that are common to man. But, I used to hate sitting through my weekly briefings and company events when it was time for RECOGNITION. I know those of you experienced network marketers know what I mean.

Now don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t mad at the other successful networkers, but I still used to feel depressed and a little angry because I kept wondering “What was taking ME so long, why were things not working out for ME?” Each week I would “try” to be coachable. I was following ‘the easy duplicatable system’, working my butt off Part-time, spending money I could not recoup fast enough in commissions and having No duplication in my downline.

This was my reality!!

The truth is this is the REALITY of most network marketers.

Just about every network marketer’s goal is to transition from building their business part-time to full-time. Only a small majority across the globe have been able to accomplish this feat. It’s less than you think. This means for most of us we are Part-Time.

So how do we compete with Full-timer’s?

To compete with Fulltimer’s we NEED to focus the majority of our activities on LEVERAGED strategies and CREATING VALUE in other’s. This is why it is incredibly hard to build a network marketing organization Part-time for the vast majority of people. Let me explain… handing out business cards, DVD’s, CD’s, Magazines in your local community at random is not a LEVERAGED strategy. The only way this strategy works is if your business survives long enough for you to get some CORE leaders who are all willing to go out and duplicate what your doing.

Making cold calls is not a leveraged skill because it’s all about YOU. Again, the only way this strategy works is if your lucky to have a team of CORE leaders who are good at cold calling.

I believe that the ONLY way for a Part-timer to really COMPETE with the big guys and gals in our industry is to leverage their time using technology. Part-timers NEED to be in a state of LEAD ABUNDANCE. They NEED to have strategies that are leveraging their time while at work. They need to come home from work and have a ton of targeted prospects to call and create value with.

A Part-timer has to be willing to invest the time and money in education. Even the great Jim Rohn says to NOT wish for less problems, but wish for more SKILLS. You learn the skills through education and practice. Learning new skills creates your value and brands YOU as a leader in this industry.

Next, you want to excel at teaching others.

I love teaching my team how to set up lead capture pages that generate prospects, I love teaching my team how to make crazy amateur video’s that generate prospects day in and day out, I love teaching my team how to write articles and post them all over the Internet targeting specific keywords relating to their niche, I love teach my team how to build relationships in social networking communities and forums, I love teaching my team how to use Pay Per Click, and I love teaching my team how to write effective newsletters that generate prospects. These strategies if done correctly will produce prospects and business partners while your working your J O B – That’s leverage!!

My advice to you if you are Part-time is to focus on LEVERAGED strategies. Schedule your time everyday and just begin. Remember, leveraged marketing skills is KEY to competing with full-timer’s.

CD holders. In the 21st century, documentation is found on more than just paper thanks to the popularity of CD’s and DVD’s. If these two media types often accompany your paper documents, you can get holders so you can place them in your binders. Some of these holders are vinyl ones, but you can also purchase jewel cases that are hole-punched as well.
Page protectors. If you have a document that you want to protect, page protectors are what you need. These plastic sleeves will house your item, but they have a strip on the side that’s hole-punched so you can put it in your book along with your other documents. Also, sheet protectors come in clear plastic as well as eye-catching translucent colors such as blue, pink, and yellow.

Random Access Memory (RAM): It is for Program execution and short term data storage.

Basic Input-Output System (BIOS): All computer hardware has to work with software through an interface. The BIOS gives the computer a little built-in starter kit to run the rest of software’s from floppy disks (FDD) and hard disks (HDD). The BIOS is responsible for booting the computer by providing a basic set of instructions.

Cd-r Working Methodology Reinvented for You

In present technology savvy world we all use CDs and DVDs almost every day, yet only few countable have any idea at all how they work. To make matters worse even less is known to people about the difference between a CD-ROM and CD-R. Understanding how different types of media work becomes all important for anybody who deals in the related business, what they cost and the advantages of each can be very valuable when deciding how to proceed with your next project. Asking for only what you’re familiar with may be comfortable, but isn’t necessarily the best use of the technology or your budget.

In lines below going to provide you information related to the key aspects differences between CD-ROM and CD-R.

CD-ROMs are manufactured through the process of injection molding to form data with a plastic polycarbonate and is referred to as replication. CD Replication is more economical to use on larger run jobs above 500 pieces.

CD-R’s are made by using a laser to burn marks in a special dye on a recordable disc and is referred to as duplication. The laser changes the form of the dye, encoding the information into it. CD Duplication is typically used on smaller job below 500 pieces.

Now we will get into how both forms of media actually work. What must first be known is that all CDs store information on them in a digital format, meaning data is read off the media as ones and zeros.

In case of CD-ROM there are millions of “lands” and “pits” representing the data that span in a spiral path starting from the center going out. Because the spiral starts in the center, CDs can be made into smaller versions like corporate information cards and mini rounds. It is best to imagine this as a road with hills and valleys.

The valleys are the pits and the hills are the lands. When the CD laser passes over a land (hill), the red light reflects back to a sensor and is interpreted as a one. If the laser passes over a pit (valley), the laser reflects away from the sensor representing a zero. The incredibly small dimensions of the lands and pits make the spiral track on a CD extremely long. If you could lift the data track off a CD and stretch it out into a straight line, it would be 0.5 microns wide and almost 3.5 miles (5 km) long.

On the other hand CDR’s do not have lands and pits like a ROM, but have a reflective metal layer that is on top of a special dye. When there is no information on the disc, this dye allows light to shine through and reflect back off the metal. But when heated, this dye layer becomes dark and does not allow a reflection. So when a CD is burned it is actually burning this dye layer in the form of ones and zeros, putting the data on the disc. When the disc is playing and the red laser is able to shine through reflect back, it is interpreted as a one. If the red laser is unable to reflect back due to a darkened area, it is interpreted as a zero. So even though a CD-R does not have “lands” and “pits” it still performs like a regular disc because of the special dye layer.

Very much sure key aspects related to CD-R working process are now clear to you all and definitely going to help in your future purchasing requirements matching your personal business needs. So now onwards you are going to think about various aspects related to your business aims before final investment.
